I hate to diet, but I understand the need. But, because I think food is a gift to be enjoyed and not a burden to be avoided, I have had to come up with a PLAN and a SYSTEM - not a quick fix, but a long-term lifestyle, forming-good-habits-for-life system that worked for me to be able to eat and enjoy, without gaining weight or guilt or any other negative emotion associated with one of the greatest pleasures of life.
